It may be product installation, technical training or just final clarification of application details. Whatever the issue, the ability to understand and resolve it swiftly is paramount.

Extended Warranty Benefits:

Most of our products come with a two year warranty and, together with high standards in production and quality control, we also offer additional warranty and support options. These can be purchased at the time of ordering or at a later point, typically at yearly intervals.

Hot Swap Product Support:

When products are installed in sensitive areas or at vital interconnect points, up-time is vitally important and standard 24/7 support contract costs are normally prohibited. We offer a middle way at a medium cost. By budgeting into the original solution a cost provision for a discounted hot swap product, we can offer peace of mind at a reasonable cost.

Product Installation:

As well as providing the physical product, we also offer installation options for those customers whose engineering resource is fully utilised or not equipped with the necessary skills to get the job done. The service allows a cost reduction in engineering staff and a remote way of supporting end users by becoming an extension of their support team.

Product Recycling:

In line with our obligations under the WEEE Directive, we have measures in place to recycle all products we sell under our scheme number WEEE/JH0508VR.

Site Auditing and Installation:

Our standalone audit and test services provide an independent, qualified view of your network, as well as reducing the risk of installation failure and subsequent engineering costs. These services are priced per day, per engineer to attend your site to be audited, qualified, calibrated and tested. The infrastructure can be copper or fibre and the service typically takes one day to perform. A report is generated following the audit with any issues explained in full.
